The engineer worked closely with the designer, builder and other consultants to produce clear and efficient structural engineering plans. All four sides of the basement walls were on or very close to the boundary which required careful consideration to safely construct in close proximity to high level adjacent existing buildings.

The client, building designer and builder were happy with the service provided by this office and we have since completed more projects with the professionals involved in the project.
