The engineer worked closely with the client, architect, builder and other consultants to produce clear and efficient structural engineering plans. Glazing wrapped around three sides of the building with a high level clear spanning entry roof.

Clever and simple structural steel framing was used to create the architectural layout which was installed efficiently on site. The building was located over very poor ground conditions which needed special attention to safely build upon.

The client was happy with the service provided by this office and we are now enjoying an ongoing relationship with this client and have since completed more commercial building projects for this client.
